These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of car rental and chauffeur-driven transportation services offered by Kamal Tourist Service ("we", "us", "our"), based in CHENNAI, Tamil Nadu. By calling, messaging, or booking a trip with us, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide chauffeur-driven car rental services — including the Toyota Innova Crysta and other vehicles available on request — for corporate travel, tourism, airport transfers, and outstation trips across Tamil Nadu. Every trip includes a professional driver; we do not offer self-drive rentals.
Bookings are made over phone call, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge the trip details (pickup point, drop point, date, time, and vehicle) and, where applicable, an advance payment is received. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on advance payments and cancellations.
We maintain our vehicles regularly and assign experienced, professional drivers. In case of a vehicle breakdown or unavoidable circumstance, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable substitute vehicle at no extra cost to you.
Quoted fares cover the trip as discussed at the time of booking. Tolls, parking fees, state permit charges, and interstate taxes (where applicable) are extra unless explicitly included in the quote. For outstation or multi-day trips, driver allowance and night halt charges may apply as communicated in advance. Waiting time beyond what was agreed upon may be billed additionally.
Reasonable luggage is accommodated based on the vehicle's capacity. Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before ending your trip — we are not responsible for items left behind.
While we take every reasonable precaution for a safe and comfortable journey, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the fare paid for the specific trip.

Any personal information you share with us while booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
